Information
SKU: PST-APCO2372
MPN: APCO2372
Description
Aladdin APCO2372 Pump and Valve Adapter O-Ring
OEM-spec replacement for Hayward SPX4000Z1, Pentair 274494, and Sta-Rite U9-374.
The Aladdin APCO2372 is a Buna-N adapter O-ring that seals 2 in bulkhead unions, pump diffusers, and valve adapters across the Hayward, Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jacuzzi, Harmsco, and Advance lineups. It measures 2.35 in ID by 2.77 in OD with a 0.21 in cross section, so it drops straight into any port spec'd for SPX4000Z1, 274494, or U9-374 without trimming. Aladdin manufactures it to OEM tolerances, and PST stocks it as PST-APCO2372 for same-day shipping.

Good to Know
Which pumps and filters does this O-ring fit?
Confirmed fits include Hayward Super Pump and Super II diffusers ( SPX4000Z1 ), Pentair FullFloXF and Tagelus valve adapters ( 274494 ), Sta-Rite System:3 drain adapters ( 35505-1424 ), Pentair FNS, Nautilus, Triton II, and Triton C sand filters, and Pentair MiniMax NT pool and spa heater unions. It also covers Sta-Rite U9-374 and SwimQuip pump applications.
What size is the O-ring?
2.35 in inside diameter, 2.77 in outside diameter, 0.21 in cross section. Standard Buna-N (Nitrile) compound rated for pool water, chlorine, and bromine service.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Power down the pump or close the valve isolation valves, lubricate the new O-ring with a silicone-based pool gasket lube (never petroleum jelly), seat it in the groove, and reassemble. No tools beyond a standard wrench for the union nut are needed.
