These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryPart website and purchases from NGOC ANH ENERGY DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
NGOC ANH ENERGY DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY is a company registered in Vietnam.

We work hard to describe products accurately, including their condition (new, used or refurbished), specifications and compatibility. Product images illustrate the item; the condition and specifications stated on the product page take precedence. Brand and model names are used only to identify products and what they are compatible with — we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers unless we say so.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel that item, and you will not be charged for it (or you will receive a full refund).
Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it for shipping, and we email you at each step.
- At checkout your card is authorized for the order total. You are charged only when your order is confirmed for shipping; if we can't fulfil an item, its authorization is released.
- Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered.
