Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. Any shipping charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing (handling) time: 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Transit time: 3–8 business days after your order ships.
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–11 business days from the day you place your order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and other events outside our control can occasionally delay carriers.
How your order ships
NGOC ANH ENERGY DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY is a company based in Vietnam.
Every order ships from suppliers and fulfillment partners located in the United States, so there are no customs fees or import duties. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Every package ships with a tracked service from carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also check your order at any time on the Track your order page with your order number and email address.
Delays
If we can't ship your order within the processing time above, we will email you a revised shipping date and you may cancel the order for a full refund. If you have not been charged yet, the authorization on your card is simply released.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout — packages can't be redirected once they ship. If a package comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to reship it or refund the item price.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Contact us at contact@everypart.store if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, your package hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
