Dakota US-1310W Undermount Oval Lavatory Sink Vitreous China.
Product Description
The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS US-1310W is a single-bowl, oval undermount lavatory sink designed for residential bathroom vanity installations. Constructed from vitreous china, it delivers a smooth, non-porous surface that resists staining and is easy to clean. Measuring 13 inches by 10 inches, it fits standard vanity cutouts where a clean, flush countertop appearance is required. The white finish and traditional oval form make it a versatile fit across a wide range of bathroom design styles. This sink is part of the Lisara Builders Collection Universal Series and is typically installed by finish plumbers or tile-setting contractors working on new construction or bathroom remodel projects.
The US-1310W is suited for residential bathroom applications where an undermount installation is specified. The undermount configuration positions the sink below the countertop surface, eliminating the rim-to-counter joint and simplifying countertop cleaning. Its compact 13-by-10-inch footprint makes it appropriate for smaller vanity setups, powder rooms, or secondary bathrooms where counter space is limited. The traditional oval bowl shape accommodates standard lavatory faucets and drain assemblies.

Installation Notes
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified finish contractor. Power off any GFCI-protected circuits in the work area before beginning countertop modification. The countertop substrate must be waterproofed at the cutout perimeter and the sink secured with an approved undermount mounting clip system and silicone adhesive rated for wet-area use. Connect the drain assembly and supply lines per local IPC requirements before restoring service.
