Product Description
Hubbell UC28RS is a Burndy parallel groove clamp made from high-strength, high-conductivity aluminum alloy. The UC28RS is proportioned to minimize stress corrosion and galvanic deterioration and is suitable for parallel clamping of copper, aluminum, ACSR, 6201 and 5005 conductors. Connector halves have interlocking fingers and units are supplied pre-filled with PENETROX joint compound and strip sealed. Installation uses a 9/16-inch wrench and a 3/8-inch bolt.
