Restore Sealed Fuel Delivery & Stop Dangerous Tank Leaks: Genuine Husqvarna Fuel Assembly
Eliminate fuel starvation, high-throttle bogging, cracked dry-rotted lines, and raw gasoline leaks down your back while operating your blower. This Genuine Husqvarna Factory OEM Fuel Hose Assembly (Part Number 597967302 / 597 96 73-02) is the authentic complete fuel line and tank pass-through grommet module engineered explicitly for Husqvarna 130BT and 530BT backpack blowers, 226-series hedge trimmers, and companion RedMax EBZ3000 / EBZ3050 commercial blowers . Operating a high-demand commercial blower with hardened, leaking fuel lines creates a severe fire hazard and starves the 2-stroke engine of lubricating mix oil under heavy loads.
Manufactured to exact Husqvarna/RedMax factory standards from commercial-grade, ethanol-resistant fluoroelastomer and high-flex polymers, this complete assembly arrives pre-assembled and ready to drop in. It features the primary weighted-filter fuel feed line, the companion yellow translucent return/purge line, and a precision-molded multi-port Viton/nitrile sealing grommet. The molded grommet creates an airtight, leak-proof interference fit inside the fuel tank opening, preventing fuel from sloshing out when walking, bending, or working on sloped terrain. It installs as a single plug-and-play unit, eliminating the frustration of pulling individual lines through tight aftermarket rubber plugs.
This authentic factory replacement component is cataloged under Husqvarna OEM Part Number 597967302 (597 96 73-02 / 5979673-02 / Fuel Hose Asm / Pipe Assy / Hose Assembly, Fuel) and directly services Husqvarna and RedMax commercial blower and trimmer platforms.
Why This Genuine Husqvarna 597967302 OEM Fuel Hose is the Pro Standard:
100% Genuine Factory OEM Assembly: Engineered to exact Husqvarna/RedMax factory specifications for a leak-free fit on 130BT, 530BT, and EBZ-series blowers.
Ethanol-Resistant Polymer Lines: Specially formulated to resist stiffening, swelling, cracking, and kinking when exposed to modern pump fuels and 2-stroke oils.
Integrated Molded Sealing Grommet: Factory-molded pass-through plug ensures an airtight, leak-proof seal at the tank opening without tedious manual line threading.
Protects Engine from Lean Burnout: Prevents unmetered air bubbles from entering the carburetor fuel well, avoiding lean running and cylinder scoring.
Exact Factory Routing Lengths: Pre-cut hose lengths reach carburetor barbs and the bottom fuel tank corner with zero kinking or trimming required.
