Robert Sorby 1" #820 Round Nose Scraper Blade.
This Round Nose Scraper blade from Robert Sorby is for turners who prefer to make their own turning tool handles, or for use in Sorby's Sovereign System handles. Generally used for coves in spindle work, hollowing end grain, and on bowls and platters for creating smooth, flowing curves. Scraper is tanged at one end and measures approximately 8-3/4" long overall. High Speed Steel (HSS) blade is 1/4" thick. A tang collet adapter (#SOV-CT, sold separately) is required for use with the Sovereign System. England
