Sorby 286 Bevel Edge Framing Chisel, 1-1/2 in. An extremely large chisel designed for timber framing. This 1-1/2" chisel is very similar to Sorby's regular framing chisels, but with side relief bevels to enable undercutting. Robustly constructed to handle deep, heavy duty work. The thick ash handle is hooped and both top and bottom for additional strength. The chisel has a blade length of approximately 9", and an overall length of just over 15". England
