Sorby 810 Standard Skew Blade, 1/2 in. For turners who prefer to make their own turning tool handles, or for use in Robert Sorby Sovereign System handles. Superb for large spindle work, such as kitchen table legs or newel posts. Rectangular section profile gives it more weight. Standard tip grind. Scraper is tanged at one end and measures approximately 7-3/4" long overall. High Speed Steel (HSS) blade is 1/4" thick. A tang collet adapter (85406) is required for use with the Sovereign System.
