Has a 3 degree inside angle that achieves a sharper edge than a straight flat scraper. The matched cutter holder for this style of cutter has a 3 degree incline that allows the scraper cutter to present a zero degree scraping surface when cutting. Includes one cutter and mounting screw. Includes Hex key and screw. Cutter holder sold separately.
